Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At JewelPop, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders once delivered.

However, we may provide a replacement in genuine cases such as:

• Damaged product received

• Missing item(s) in the package

• Incorrect product delivered

Replacement Request Guidelines

To be eligible for a replacement:

• The issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.

• A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must begin before opening the package and clearly show the sealed parcel, the opening process, and the contents received.

• The video must not contain any cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions.

Requests made without an unboxing video or after the 12-hour reporting window will not be considered.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed successfully, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
